PT-141. Melanocortin receptor agonist (MC3R/MC4R). Half-life approximately 6-12 hours.

Effect:

• Central activation of sexual arousal via the hypothalamus (independent of the vascular system)
• Increased libido in men and women
• Improvement of erectile function without PDE5 inhibition
• Potential mood-enhancing effect via MC4R activation

Dosage:

• Standard: 0.5-1 mg subcutaneously 1-2 hours before needed
• Maximum dose: 2mg per application
• Do not use daily – a break of at least 72 hours is recommended.
